For orders over €50, shipping costs in the European Union are free.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the countries of England, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain are €15.

For orders over €50, shipping costs to the remaining non-EU countries are €10.

For orders under €50, a supplement of €6 is applied.

Cash on delivery service (valid only for shipments to Italy) the supplement is €5.

Dear customer, our online shop presents a great variety of glasses. The availability of products can also vary very quickly, for this reason the timing can range from a few hours (for goods already available in stock and payment by credit card or PayPal) to a few days (goods available and payment by bank transfer). In particular cases of goods not immediately available in the warehouse, the times may be longer than normal, in these cases, it will be agreed with the customer, based on the forecasts of arrival of the unavailable goods, whether or not to proceed with a partial evasion of the order, with a replacement of the model or with a possible refund. We always try to give the customer maximum transparency and flexibility to provide a good service!

If your order includes frames, sunglasses or ski goggles that are not available at the time of processing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the request by informing you of the lack of availability and any waiting times for the replenishment of the missing product. In case the product is no longer available or requires replenishment times that you are not willing to wait, the order will be considered void, if you have already made the prepayment, we will refund the entire amount paid.

Shipments to the European Union (outside Italy) are made by DPD courier.

Delivery times for European Union countries are 3/6 working days. (for islands: 10/15 working days by post office)

EXTRA EU shipments are made by postal service.

Delivery times for non-EU countries are 20/25 working days.

How does the Fermopoint BRT Collection Point service work?

Returns & Refunds
