In case the product is no longer available or requires replenishment times that you are not willing to wait, the order will be considered void, if you have already made the prepayment, we will refund the entire amount paid.

Shipments to the European Union (outside Italy) are made by DPD courier.

How does the Fermopoint BRT Collection Point service work?

When confirming the order, select BRT Fermopoint from the various delivery options, enter city, postcode and address, you will see the list of businesses and shops that adhere to this service closest to the address you have inserted. When you select the destination store, you will see the address of where it is located and the opening hours, in this way it will be easier for you to decide and choose where to send your package.
